- Friday 5:30 am-6 pm

- Kick-Fit: Wednesdays at 5 pm
This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina; improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
- Step Aerobics: Tuesdays at 5:30 pm
Choreographed movements performed on a raised step platform. The movements are accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body, core and cardiovascular system. This class is an intermediate choreography level. All are welcome to join!
