Are you tired of trying diet after diet and seeing no results? Now is the time to start making sustainable changes to reach your weight loss goals. You can be successful and the Riedman Wellness Center is ready to help you every step of the way.

When: Thursdays, November 9 – February 15

Time: 12:30 – 1:15 pm (Weigh-in after each meeting)

Where: Riedman Wellness Center

Weekly Topics: Goal setting, cravings, mindfulness, decoding nutrition labels

Fee: $100 paid in advance or $10 per class
