Retirements are many times bitter sweet! The Rochester General Hospital Chemistry lab is sad to see the departure of another one of its experts from the working force. This Friday, July 14, Suzanne McLymond will retire after almost 37 years at RGH. Sue began her career as a medical technologist at the old Genesee Hospital and transferred to RGH. Since then in her role as lead medical technologist, she has been the resident expert in immunology. Her consult and advice were sought out by doctors and technologists in immunology related testing.
A retirement reception is being held on Friday, July 14 in the RGH Pathology Conference Room B at 3:30 pm. Please join the RGH Chemistry lab in wishing Sue a well-deserved retirement.
